ATI Return Policy

ATI offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for standard purchases.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase from ATI is required to initiate a return.
  • Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.
  • Once a return is approved and an RMA is issued, a valid UPS or FedEx tracking number must be provided within 14 days.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned parts, ATI will issue a refund within 14 days.
  • ATI also offers same-day shipping for next-day delivery of replacement parts, subject to availability.

Broker & Reseller Return Policy

Orders placed by brokers, resellers, or distributors are subject to the following additional terms:

  • All broker orders are final and non-returnable unless accompanied by a failure report from an independent, ATI-approved Third-Party Test Lab.
  • No returns or cancellations will be accepted without prior RMA authorization from ATI.
  • A Third-Party Test Lab Report must specify the failed electrical parameter against the part's original manufacturer datasheet before an RMA is issued.
  • ATI parts are often purchased as surplus inventory and may have minor cosmetic imperfections.
  • Returns will not be accepted for parts that function electrically and meet specifications.
  • All parts shipped to brokers and resellers come with a 1-year replacement warranty. If a part fails in the field, ATI will ship a replacement part at no cost, including expedited overnight shipping when available.

Disclosure & Warranty Information

ATI sources parts from surplus channels, not directly from manufacturers. As a result:

  • Traceability to the factory is not available, and parts may not be classified as “Factory New.”
  • However, all parts undergo physical inspection and electrical testing to ensure they meet original manufacturer specifications.
  • ATI stands behind its quality: every part sold includes a 1-year replacement warranty, valid even for parts that fail during use in the field.
  • Replacement parts are shipped overnight, at no expense to the customer.
