tt250n08kof-infineon
TT250N08KOF-INFINEON

The TT250N08KOF is a high-current thyristor (SCR) module from Infineon Technologies, engineered for demanding industrial power control applications. With a 250A average on-state current rating and an 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM/VRRM), this module delivers robust and reliable performance in AC power regulation, phase control, and soft-start circuits. The flat-base housing simplifies heatsink mounting and supports efficient thermal management in high-power systems.

The TT250N08KOF is well-suited for a broad range of industrial and commercial applications including three-phase AC motor drives, DC motor speed control, heating and temperature regulation systems, power supplies, welding equipment, and industrial automation systems. Its thyristor construction makes it an ideal choice wherever controlled rectification or phase-angle power control is required at high current levels.

Quick Reference: TT250N08KOF

Part Number

TT250N08KOF

Manufacturer

Infineon Technologies

Type

Thyristor (SCR) Module

Average Current (IT(AV))

250A

Voltage (VDRM/VRRM)

800V

Availability

In Stock

Condition

New & Original

Key Features:

250A average on-state current for high-power industrial applications

800V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM/VRRM) for reliable blocking performance

Flat-base package design for simplified heatsink mounting and superior thermal dissipation

Robust gate trigger characteristics ensuring consistent and stable firing performance

Suitable for both AC power control and controlled rectification circuits

Manufactured by Infineon Technologies to strict quality and reliability standards

Sourcing high-current thyristor modules like the TT250N08KOF can be challenging due to long lead times and limited distributor inventory.
